Responsibilities:
- Audit of processes: marine vessels operations and technical repairs
- Creating descriptions of all company processes, process mapping
- Making sure all the processes have accurate instructions and working correctly
- Interaction with business leaders to make sure the processes are described properly, and all the control measures are implemented
- Control of completeness/timely/accurate information in all systems (1C, etc.) for revenue and expenses
- Suggest initiatives on process optimization and automation
- Assessing the requirements for Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) from Company's divisions and ensuring all necessary SOPs are implemented
- Control over fulfillment of those SOPs
- Higher education (Economics, Finance, Accounting, Audit, Engineering)
- 4-6 years experience in process audit, financial analysis, forensic, compliance, finance backgroud is preferrable
- Big4 audit experience will be a plus
- English language - Advanced level
- 1C ERP Knowledge
- Power BI, SQL experience is preferrable
- Ready to work in the project environment (fast growing business) where the processes need to be designed from scratch and regularly optimized
- Analytical mind, ability to process big amounts of data and clearly communicate with business
