Our Client is one of the leading international autocomponent producer with local production facility is hiring CI Manager.
Location - Volga Region.
Responsibilities
- Managing CI Projects within the country;
- Performing gap analysis to identify deficiencies in business processes and programs and recommending adjustments to programs and/or processes;
- Leads cross-functional project teams formed to implement change and drive continuous improvement;
- Drives mixed model value stream implementation projects with a focus on continuous improvement of safety, quality, cost, and delivery;
- Use appropriate problem-solving tools to provide rapid improvement with sustainable results;
- Participating in operational continuous improvement reviews with Country Management Team;
- Develop CI team competencies within the country.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in operations preferred;
- 5+ years experience in automotive industry (mandatory);
- Strong project management experience;
- Hands-on experience using Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement methods (LEAN, TPM, Six Sigma, TQM);
- Business English communication skills;
- Ability to relocate to Volga region.
- Salary level should be discussed with the final candidate (monthly fix + bonus + benefits according to corporate policy).
