Our client is an independent Russian law firm founded by the former Moscow team of top ILF. We are looking for Junior Associate, Associate and Senior Associate with experience in russian and cross-border banking and finance transactions.
Обязанности:
- Advising on a wide range of secured and unsecured financing transactions (including structured finance, acquisition finance, pre-export finance and general lending)
- 2-3 + PQE in legal consulting, focus on Banking & Finance
- Top tier RULF/ILF (preferably)
- Fluent English both oral and written
- Good drafting, analytical, communication and time management skills;
