Internship at Antal

We offer students and graduates of universities to try their hand at recruitment. The goal of any internship is to gain experience and sharpen skills, to choose a vector for your further development. Internship at Antal Talent is not a formality, but a real experience, which you can later monetise!


Tasks of an intern:
  • searching for candidates (from the database/ in open sources/ in social networks/ by recommendations/ head hunting);
  • conducting telephone interviews/testing candidates;
  • market mapping (market analysis);
  • participation in interviews with experienced consultants (different methodologies are used: biographical/structured interview/ competency-based interview, etc.);
  • drafting sales cover letters.

Video feedback from our intern

The internship is for a minimum of 1 month and is unpaid. We are ready to provide training, characterisation, detailed feedback and career counselling afterwards.

The MSU Faculty of Journalism holds an annual internship competition among students of all courses. This year I won the Golden Arrow nomination in the field of advertising and PR.
