I, acting of my own free will and in my own interest, in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” (as amended and supplemented), as well as other regulatory legal acts, hereby consent to the processing of my personal data by the personal data controllers operating under the Antal brand (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), namely Antal Talent JSC, registered at: 2 Paveletskaya Square, Bldg. 1, Zamoskvorechye Municipal District, Moscow, 115054, Russia, and its subsidiary Antal Business Solutions LLC, registered at: 38A 2nd Khutorskaya Street, Bldg. 9, Moscow, 127287, Russia,
for the following purposes of personal data processing:
1. Recruitment of personnel (applicants) for vacant positions with the Controller;
2. Attraction and selection of candidates for employment with organisations that are clients of the Controller;
3. Inclusion in the talent pool;
4. Registration of enquiries and receipt of feedback;
5. Conducting testing and personality analysis;
6. Providing career consultations;
7. Participation in webinars;
8. Receipt of informational materials;
9. Completion of forms on the website.
The list of personal data for the processing of which the personal data subject (or the subject’s representative) gives consent includes: surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth, gender, photograph, citizenship, city and district of residence, contact telephone numbers, email addresses, place of work and position held, information about previous places of employment, education information, marital status, social media account information, information about interests, information about professional and other personal qualities of an evaluative nature, willingness to relocate and travel on business, level of computer proficiency, level of foreign language proficiency, information about special professional skills, salary expectations, information about persons* who have provided references, including representatives of previous employers (I guarantee that I have obtained the consent of such persons to include in my CV the following data relating to them: surname, first name, patronymic, position, place of work, telephone number and email address), as well as other personal data that the subject considers necessary to include in their CV.
The above personal data will be processed using a combination of automated and non-automated processing methods.
The list of actions involving personal data to which consent is given includes: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.
I consent to the cross-border transfer (provision) of personal data by the Controller for the purpose of organising participation in events (webinars, training sessions, conferences, masterclasses, exhibitions and seminars).
I consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of receiving informational materials from Antal Talent JSC, namely: communications regarding events organised by Antal Talent JSC, information about vacancies, the labour market, and other informational and advertising materials, in the form of emails and/or messages via messaging services.
This consent to the processing of personal data shall remain valid for 15 years from the date it is provided to the Controller. I may withdraw my consent at any time by submitting a written request in simple written form to the Controller at crm@antaltalent.com. In such case, the Controller shall cease processing the Subject’s personal data and destroy them within 30 (thirty) days from the date the Controller receives the request.
I confirm that I am aware that at any time during the entire validity period of this consent, I have the right to unsubscribe from receiving informational materials by sending the relevant request by email to: crm@antaltalent.com.
In accordance with Article 21, Part 5 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, the Controller shall not cease processing the Subject’s personal data and shall not destroy them in the following cases: where otherwise provided for by an agreement to which the Subject is a party, beneficiary or guarantor; where the Controller is entitled to process personal data without the Subject’s consent on the grounds provided for by federal laws; where the periods for processing the Subject’s personal data established by federal laws of the Russian Federation and other regulatory legal acts have not expired.
